About the Client
The client is a performance-driven creative advertising agency producing high-converting ads for fast-growing eCommerce brands. They specialize in UGC, podcast-style, and street-interview style creative built to drive measurable results — not just impressions. They partner with brands spending $1M+/month on paid traffic and help them scale through customer psychology, sharp angles, and rapid testing. This is a results-first, fast-moving environment where creative thinking meets performance data.
The Role: Senior Creative Strategist
We’re looking for a high-level performance Senior Creative Strategist who has already written ads that scaled — and can clearly explain why they worked. You’ll lead creative thinking across multiple brands, owning research, angles, scripting, and performance iteration. This is not a junior copy role; we want someone who brings the thinking, not waits for it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Deep customer and market research (reviews, comments, competitor ads, forums)
- Identifying emotional drivers, objections, and buying triggers
- Writing high-converting ad scripts weekly (UGC, statics, AI-assisted, high-production)
- Developing angles based on awareness levels and market sophistication
- Collaborating with editors, designers, and creators to execute concepts
- Reviewing creative output and giving clear, actionable feedback
- Analyzing ad performance weekly and iterating based on data
- Running Loom reviews and unblocking creative bottlenecks
You are responsible for ideas → scripts → performance thinking → iteration.

Required Experience
You must have direct response ad experience, not just brand or organic content. You should:
- Have written ads that scaled on Meta (and explain why)
- Be confident reading creative metrics (CTR, hold rate, CVR, ROAS)
- Understand awareness levels in advertising
- Think naturally in angles, objections, emotional triggers, and offers
- Be fast, decisive, and performance-oriented
- Work independently without constant direction
Familiarity with classic direct-response frameworks and marketing psychology is a strong plus.
