We are building a global brand around authentic mad honey sourced directly from the mountains of Nepal and Turkey. Our growth depends on creative performance, which in turn relies on strong creator operations. This Creator Partnerships Manager role is crucial to ensure our paid ads engine never slows down by owning the creator pipeline and creative content operations.
We source and distribute authentic, lab-tested mad honey directly from trusted harvesters. We serve retail customers worldwide curious about mad honey's traditional uses, wellness effects, and rare sensory experience, as well as wholesale partners seeking a verified, premium source. By controlling our supply chain, we ensure transparency, purity, and reliability while respecting cultural origins. We operate in a high-performance, paid ads-driven DTC environment, testing fast, scaling what works, and heavily relying on creative output to drive revenue.
The Role Overview
As Creator Partnerships Manager, you will own the creator pipeline and keep our creative production machine running smoothly from start to finish, reporting directly to the Founder / Head of Growth. This is not a supportive role; you are directly responsible for ensuring:
- The right creators are sourced and booked.
- The right briefs are executed.
- The right assets are delivered on time.
- The workflow from creator → editor → media buyer moves without bottlenecks.
Ultimately, your success means the paid ads team never waits on creative again.
Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)
You will be accountable for:
- Creator Sourcing & Pipeline: Source qualified UGC creators weekly aligned to campaign avatars. Maintain forward coverage (minimum 1–2 weeks ahead). Improve reply rate and booking rate week over week. Optimise cost per booked creator and time-to-book.
- Outreach, Negotiation & Onboarding: Lock in rates, deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines. Confirm shipping details and production expectations. Ensure clean, documented agreements.
- Production & Timeline Ownership: Turn weekly briefs into clear creator assignments. Confirm shoot dates and delivery deadlines. Maintain 90%+ on-time delivery. Keep backup creators ready to prevent delays.
- Creative Workflow Coordination: Bridge creators → editors → media buyers. Track every asset from brief to final delivery. Ensure raw files meet format requirements. Maintain organized Google Drive structure and naming conventions.
- Creative Support (Bonus): Support main editor with light cuts, hook swaps, resizing, captions, or simple variations when needed. Help speed up iteration cycles.
This is end-to-end ownership of the creator pipeline — not task support.

Required Experience
Seniority Level: Mid-Level (High Ownership Execution)
This role requires independence and operational judgment. You must have:
- Proven experience in UGC sourcing or influencer marketing.
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven work style.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
