As a Content Feedback Manager (Short-Form Video Performance Coach), you will be the critical quality gatekeeper between simply posting content and achieving actual viral growth. Your primary responsibility is to review 50-100 short-form videos daily, raise performance standards, and protect client momentum.

thetalo.co runs a done-for-you content & monetization system designed to help creators, primarily those aged 45 and above, grow their presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The company serves over 4,000 clients and adds 100-150 new clients each month. Each client receives 30-50 researched ideas and submits videos daily for performance review. This role is crucial in protecting the quality of all content that goes live.
The Role Overview
Your objective is straightforward: if you approve a video, it should perform well. You will review 50-100 short-form videos daily, providing clear, actionable feedback on key elements such as:
- Verbal hook
- Headline hook
- Visual hook
- Pacing
- Editing
- Call to Action (CTA)
Maintaining a strict 24-hour weekday response guarantee is essential.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and critiquing 50-100 client videos every day.
- Cross-referencing each submission with the client’s specific niche and experience level.
- Delivering structured, improvement-focused feedback.
- Maintaining a 24-hour response Service Level Agreement (SLA) from Monday to Friday.
- Performing quality control on CRE idea sheets before they are delivered to clients.
- Ensuring feedback consistency across the entire team.
