Role Summary
As a Content & Partnerships Manager, you will acquire new creators, content, and brand partners to expand TheSoul Group's reach. You will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships, managing long-term relationships, and collaborating across functions to ensure high-quality content integration and monetisation.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and form partnerships with IP owners, creators, and brands.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with partners and platforms.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with legal support.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new and existing partners.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, editorial, and analytics teams.
- Utilize data insights to forecast performance and optimise strategies.
- Track campaign outcomes and prepare quarterly performance reports.
- Diversify revenue streams through existing and new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content acquisition, distribution, or licensing.
- Expertise in digital and streaming platforms including social media, OTT, FAST, and AVOD.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
- Proven creative problem-solving and opportunity recognition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
