Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure support, preferably from Clinical SAS, Clinical EDC, or any Clinical Systems.
- Advanced technical certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, MCSE, SAP).
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols.
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in GxP/FDA regulated environments preferred.
