How you will make an impact:
The Account Administrator role is responsible for overall user and organizational management, including adding new users, modifying user configuration, removing user access, and account monitoring and audits. This role is responsible for User Administration in the service platform (C4S). You will facilitate all end user C4S onboarding, offboarding, and role changes. You will maintain the system to meet audit requirements for user administration while also supporting the S1 Scheduling application. Through collaboration with the larger service platform team, you will understand changing requirements and contribute to process improvements using automation and AI.
What you will do:
- Manage user administration for the C4S service platform, including access provisioning and role assignments
- Facilitate end user onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate system access
- Process role changes and modifications based on business needs and user requests
- Monitor system inactivity to maintain system integrity and security
- Maintain user administration processes to meet audit and compliance requirements
- Provide support for the S1 Scheduling application and address user inquiries
- Collaborate with the larger service platform team to understand evolving requirements and system changes
- Work directly with users to ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes using AI and other technologies
Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in user administration
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in user management activities, Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end users and team members, Ability to work collaboratively with users to ensure adherence to procedures and processes
- Experience with SAP C4C (preferred)
- Experience with SAP ERP (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI technologies to support process improvement and automation (preferred)
