About the Role
As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that impacts global health, safety, and innovation. The Senior Sales Development Manager Logistics Transportation supports specialty service line sales by driving new sales opportunities, growing existing accounts, and designing end-to-end account sourcing solutions in logistics, transportation, and direct-to-patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic territory and business development plans.
- Drive lead generation and conduct research for logistics opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal teams and senior clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams for coordinated client responses.
- Analyze market dynamics, forecast sales, and report pipeline results using Salesforce.com.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in life sciences sales, especially within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, with knowledge in cell and gene therapy transportation, logistics, and cold storage is desired.
