Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Central Lab Project Management Team.
- Maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation for project records.
- Perform data entry and support database repository maintenance.
- Assist in report preparation and quality review processes.
- Coordinate file reviews, document distributions, and team communications.
A Day in the Life
You'll review project files, distribute documents, process local regulatory documents, and manage vendor trackers. Tasks include organizing correspondence, analyzing project metrics, and supporting ad-hoc project management activities.
Keys to Success
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0 to 1 year experience or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern database systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
