Overview
The Marketing Technology Operations Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific is responsible for managing divisional marketing journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring data quality and operational efficiency. The role requires working closely with global team members to maintain technical performance and support multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Divisional Leads Processing post-training until automation.
- Ensure technical performance of about 250 divisional marketing journeys in AEP.
- Build monitoring tools, validate segment counts, and create QC Operational Reports.
- Track batch evaluation times and support optimization of email and multi-channel campaigns.
- Aid in transition to an upgraded AEP environment and assist with technical issues.
- Ensure data quality across ingestion processes and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with global team members to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
Candidate should have proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and related marketing technologies, strong technical skills in data ingestion, journey builds and segment builds, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 10 years experience with marketing technologies is required.
