About Team
The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team partners with the business and other IT groups to define, manage, test, validate and deliver the strategic direction and operational performance of Enterprise Applications and Systems for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Our enterprise applications manage business critical activities like order taking and fulfillment, manufacturing, managing new product development and launch, sales and customer management, data and document management, and business insights.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with developing business applications that leverage AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude etc.
- Work with datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and basic feature engineering within the CRM Data store.
- Support / Maintain integration of AI solutions with Salesforce platforms using APIs and built-in tools.
- Contribute to building intelligent workflows within Salesforce (Einstein, Flows, basic automation).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and improving AI-driven applications.
- Document solutions, experiments, and learnings clearly.
- Open mindset towards learning and adapting to new skills within CRM ecosystem such as – Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ etc.
Candidate Requirement
- Education: BS degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (Batch of 2025 / 2026).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on knowledge – Python, Typescript.
- Understanding of AI Concepts such as RAG, MCP, APIs, JSON, and system integration basics.
- Experience working with SQL and handling real datasets.
- Exposure / Understanding of Salesforce.com platform and SaaS platforms such as AWS.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Any exposure to Salesforce, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation tools.
- Academic projects or internships involving AI/ML or data analysis.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or SaaS platforms.
