Description

Thermcraft, a global manufacturer of thermal processing equipment based in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our technical and industrial sales solutions. This role focuses on B2B manufacturing sales, customer relationship management, and strategic business development.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor inside and outside sales teams.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Manage full sales cycle using CRM tools.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Closing Sales: Guide effective negotiation and deal closure.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to comprehensive sales strategy planning.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven sales leadership experience in industrial/technical sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset and adaptability.
  • Availability for 25% travel to trade shows and customer visits.
