Thermcraft, a global manufacturer of thermal processing equipment based in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our technical and industrial sales solutions. This role focuses on B2B manufacturing sales, customer relationship management, and strategic business development.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor inside and outside sales teams.
- Sales Process Expertise: Manage full sales cycle using CRM tools.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Closing Sales: Guide effective negotiation and deal closure.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to comprehensive sales strategy planning.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote ongoing learning and integrate industry insights.
- Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven sales leadership experience in industrial/technical sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability.
- Availability for 25% travel to trade shows and customer visits.
