Role Purpose

The Associate Brand Manager, Global Marketing will support the development and execution of global brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Partnering with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on analyzing consumer and market trends, managing campaign deliverables and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing global brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all consumer-facing materials.
  • Report and analyze brand performance in North America, identifying market trends and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with international marketing and cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets including forecasting and expense tracking.
  • Support planning and execution of organic social content and community engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to innovation and new product development.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in brand management, marketing, or similar roles, preferably in CPG.
  • Experience with high-growth brands and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate consumer, category, and performance data into action.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary ($78,000 - $101,700) paired with an Annual Target Bonus, along with an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid holidays, and a company shutdown period during the holidays.
