As a Senior Data Architect, you will lead strategic data projects and transform information use to benefit professionals, patients, and the organization.

Your Mission

In this role, you will:

  • Establish a future-proof data foundation by accelerating technical and organizational architecture from data ingest to security and governance.
  • Lead and implement company-wide data initiatives, including end-to-end design of data projects customized for product-led growth objectives.
  • Architect scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions with data modeling, database architecture, and warehousing best practices.
  • Drive AI/ML innovation by enabling advanced analytics, infrastructure for experimentation, and model deployment for SaaS features.
  • Manage risk and quality through data governance, security, and compliance measures for sensitive customer data.
  • Collaborate with tech leads, data teams, product, and stakeholders to align the data platform with business strategies.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with 8+ years of experience, a Master’s degree in a technical/data field, and deep expertise in data modeling, warehousing, ETL/ELT, cloud environments (GCP), AI/ML architecture, and SQL/noSQL databases like Snowflake and DBT. You are strategic, action-oriented, and skilled in agile leadership.
