The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and oversee a team of Analysts and Associates. This leadership role focuses on optimizing team performance, managing administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling, and providing career development through training and talent identification.

  • Lead a performance-driven team.
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and hiring decisions.
  • Implement training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting Operations to prioritize initiatives.
  • Administer Performance Improvement Plans as needed.

What You Bring

A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a readiness to engage with varied personalities in the real estate and insurance space. An eagerness to continue learning, combined with empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor, will help you thrive in this role.
