About the Role
The Business Development Executive at TheCityUK supports the company’s growth plans by researching potential members, generating and managing a sales pipeline, drafting communications, and preparing materials for sales meetings with C-suite individuals.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Research and qualify new business leads for membership.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Account Manager to prioritise targets.
- Prepare and send focused communications via letters and emails.
- Follow up with telephone calls to secure sales meetings.
- Prepare meeting briefings by researching corporate websites and industry news.
- Utilise CRM systems to drive and maintain sales data.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team sales targets and support ad-hoc duties.
