Job Description
Position Overview: AI Automation Engineer at The WFS Group
The WFS Group is a high-performance RevOps agency specializing in installing and deploying enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for clients. We essentially serve as an outsourced sales department, helping clients scale faster by architecting end-to-end sales solutions. This includes designing custom sales motions, integrating battle-tested systems, developing go-to-market strategies with proprietary playbooks, and managing a highly trained on-demand sales force. Our current verticals include alternative education (business consulting, real estate investment, M&A programs) and Software as a Service (SaaS), bringing cutting-edge technology products to market. We are a full-stack RevOps implementation partner, delivering full-cycle turnkey selling systems.
We are seeking a full-time AI Automation Engineer to exclusively focus on identifying and implementing AI-driven automations across The WFS Group. This role is highly execution-oriented, centered on building practical AI agents and workflows to support day-to-day operations.
You will utilize established AI and automation platforms, including tools like OpenClaw, to deploy solutions that enhance speed, consistency, and scalability across teams. Success in this role is measured by the number of automations shipped, processes improved, and time saved. This position is open to candidates based in Latin America and is structured as a long-term, full-time engagement.
