Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Legal Operations Manager to oversee and optimize critical functions within the firm, including our Senior Production Team, Medical Management, and Reduction Departments. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who leverages real-time data and performance insights to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive measurable improvements in outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze legal and operational performance metrics to identify patterns and gaps.
  • Implement KPI-driven coaching to enhance team productivity.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for efficiency and profitability.

Operational Leadership & Team Management

  • Oversee the Senior Production Team, Medical Management, and Reduction Departments.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and intervention to address performance issues.
  • Develop tailored action plans to meet firm-wide standards.

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement data-backed solutions.
  • Establish accountability with real-time KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Drive adjustments to improve output and reduce errors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership, attorneys, and unit managers to align goals with firm strategy.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance client experience and strengthen profitability.

Execution & Results

  • Actively analyze problems, roll up your sleeves, and drive execution.
  • Measure success through efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in operations management, legal operations, or performance-driven leadership roles.
  • Experience managing large teams (50+ indirect reports, 5+ direct reports).
  • Proven success in implementing data-driven process improvements in high-volume environments.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI management, business intelligence, and performance optimization tools.
  • Ability to coach, manage, and lead diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
