Overview
Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is a global organization of engineers, product developers, designers, technologists, and data scientists dedicated to building the technological backbone for Disney’s media business worldwide. As a Technical Project Manager II, you will drive the planning and execution of program deliverables within the Advertising alliance and beyond, ensuring coordination across teams, managing risks, and maintaining transparent communication with both technical and business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution and delivery of software development deliverables.
- Define and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report team metrics and progress.
- Communicate technical and business status to senior leadership.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Lead with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience managing formal application software development projects.
- Strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal project management certifications.
- Experience in a media technology or advertising technology domain.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
