Overview
The Walt Disney Company is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the business strategy and activation for advertiser solutions tied to Syndication programming, specifically within the Live Daily vertical featuring Live with Kelly & Mark.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the development and execution of cross-platform solutions including linear, digital, social, and streaming. You will be responsible for idea generation, pitch material creation, deal negotiation, project activation and ensuring content launches successfully. You will also lead an on-set shoot, handle post-production processes, and maintain all project documentation. Collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders such as Management, Legal, PR, Business Affairs, and more is key.
- Develop advertiser driven cross-platform solutions
- Create and present tailored pitch materials
- Negotiate deals and manage activation processes
- Oversee on-set shoots and post-production approvals
- Collaborate across teams to enhance revenue strategy
Team Leadership & Strategy
You will lead a team including a direct report and coordinate with a Team Coordinator, driving team growth and development. You will also partner with senior executives and creative communities to ensure our syndicated branded content meets market demand and revenue potential.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have 7+ years in marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment or media; previous leadership and revenue-driving experience; expertise in project management; and strong communication skills, prepared to work flexible hours.
