Job Summary

The Disney+ Senior Brand Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing the EMEA brand strategy for Disney+ and its strategic projects. This role collaborates with multiple business functions to ensure consistent brand delivery and alignment with global standards while reflecting regional nuances.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

  • Lead continual development of the EMEA Disney+ brand strategy.
  • Project manage rollout and implementation of brand projects.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop design systems and guidelines.
  • Consult with Content, Brand Marketing, and Insights & Analytics teams for data driven strategy.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and support quarterly/annual planning.
  • Ensure a 360 view in connecting brand strategy with acquisition and retention efforts.

The Experience & Skills We Require

  • Extensive experience in brand marketing, preferably in SVOD/Entertainment.
  • Strong C-suite presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working across EMEA with cultural insights.
  • Capability to translate complex concepts into simple, impactful messaging.

Additional Information & Perks

  • Office-based role with 4 days in Hammersmith, London and 1 remote day.
  • Travel required within EMEA and occasionally to the US.
