As a People Insights Partner, you will drive impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience and inform critical business decisions. This role combines research rigor with advanced analytics to uncover trends, standardize processes, and deliver actionable insights. We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. Our People Insights Partners team immerses itself in the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on the specific needs of each business. They act as consultants, account managers, and liaisons, collaborating with our People Insights experts to deliver data-driven solutions. In this role, you will enhance our employees’ experiences and help drive critical business priorities by collaborating and connecting data points across workforce data and trends, people research, complex analysis, data visualization, and compelling storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate complex business questions into structured research and analytical approaches.
  • Design and execute research initiatives leveraging behavioral science principles.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and standardize front-end research processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain data governance and quality control standards across projects.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling outputs to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with business priorities.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from large datasets and communicate findings clearly.

  • Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and workforce analytics.
