About The Role & Program
Are you ready to kickstart your career in a place where creativity meets impact? The Walt Disney Company is looking for a Learning Delivery Intern to join the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. In this role, you'll support onboarding, development, and shaping learning experiences for employees at all levels.
Internship Details
This full-time internship is a six-month commitment (January 2026 - June 2026) based in Burbank, CA. It involves working approximately 40 hours per week with both on-site and occasional work from home requirements.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate logistics for high-impact learning sessions, managing enrollments and participant communications.
- Research and implement emerging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate class data in the Learning Management System.
- Utilize data to inform stakeholders and refine best practices.
- Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to support in-person learning events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong data and project management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Curiosity about AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in facilitation, instructional design, and data analysis.
- Team-oriented mindset and active participation in discussions.
- Familiarity with Airtable and/or Salesforce.
- A personal vehicle for local travel is recommended.
Education & Eligibility
Junior or Senior preferred; major or coursework in Communications, Project Management, Human Resources, Learning Psychology or related fields. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college/university or participate in a Disney College Program/Disney Internship, be 18+, possess work authorization, and not have completed a year in a Disney internship program.
Additional Information
This internship requires full-time hours during normal business hours. It is an on-site position with a requirement for a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home when needed. Applicants must provide their own housing and reliable transportation. Pay is $22.50 per hour and select benefits may be offered.
