About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at Disney Entertainment Television, you will provide administrative support to the VP of Production at 20th Television. This role ensures smooth operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams across Hulu, Disney+, FX, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen phones and schedule meetings for production executives
  • Create and coordinate meetings with production studio personnel
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison for show production offices
  • Produce hiring charts, production calendars, and update departmental websites
  • Manage executive travel, expense reports, and organize large meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of assistant experience in production operations
  • Proficiency in MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, PIX, Aspera, Cloud, and Adobe tools
  • Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree or related film/television production experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Concur
  • Proficiency with Airtable is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range in Burbank, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year, with additional incentives potentially offered based on internal equity and candidate qualifications.
