About The Role & Program
Want to Work with the Most Magical Data on Earth? The Disney Decision Science + Integration (DDSI) team builds advanced analytics products that power decision-making across The Walt Disney Company. As a Graduate Associate on the Decision Science Products (DSP) team, you’ll help shape the future of Disney’s data-driven products by working alongside decision scientists, data engineers, and product managers to build scalable tools impacting millions of Guests.
What You Will Do
You will make an impact by:
- Designing and enhancing decision support and pricing tools.
- Leveraging GenAI tools to improve business process documentation.
- Delivering comprehensive system requirements for developers and leadership.
- Creating automated processes for requirements traceability in design and testing.
- Performing data analysis to explore business questions and support system design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants should have a passion for using GenAI technology, understanding of the software development lifecycle, and familiarity with writing user stories, functional requirements, and test cases. Proficiency with Python, SQL, R or similar, strong technical writing and analytical thinking skills, along with excellent oral/written communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience or familiarity in revenue management, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and pricing, as well as travel and tourism industries are preferred. Experience with large datasets and familiarity with GitLab for version control are also beneficial.
Education & Eligibility
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate program in an analytical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization and meet specific program enrollment requirements.
Additional Information
The position runs from January 2026 through June 2026 with full-time availability (40 hours per week). Florida-based positions offer limited housing opportunities and the pay rate is $45 per hour, with additional benefits possibly provided.
