About The Role & Team
Disney’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment. The Disney+ Global Content Programming and Subscriber Engagement team leads content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights to support a cohesive strategic content approach.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Manager, Content Planning, the Content Planning Coordinator provides essential support to the Disney+ Global Content Planning & Scheduling team through maintaining databases, auditing workflows, and documenting processes.
- Maintain and generate databases, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Track and audit workflow enhancements and process improvements.
- Implement enhancements across content planning tooling and workflows.
- Maintain documentation of content planning workflows and user guides.
- Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of experience in content scheduling or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data governance expertise.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in evolving environments using self-reliance.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s brands and audience engagement.
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
Experience with SVOD, Linear TV, Airtable and TWDC metadata databases is beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Additional Information
This role is based in the Glendale office 4 days a week with flexibility to work from home on Friday. Compensation in California ranges from $59,600.00 to $79,800.00 per year with additional benefits and incentives.
