About The Role & Program
Join the Talent Acquisition Marketing team at The Walt Disney Company. As part of a creative group, you will help bring the Disney employment story to life, showcasing what a career with Disney is truly like. This is a full-time, six-month internship in Orlando, FL from June 2026 to early January 2027.
What You Will Do
As a Communications Intern, you will impact social media marketing, creative writing, content development, and strategic communications. Your work will help change lives by sharing the Disney story with global candidates.
- Curate and create social media content that enhances the employment brand.
- Support internal and external communication plans.
- Foster relationships and collaborate to tell the Disney story innovatively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media channels and platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video/photography.
- Passion for emerging platforms and content trends.
- Versatile writing skills to address diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or content development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Education & Eligibility
Applicants should be a Junior or Senior majoring in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Must be at least 18 years old and possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
This is a full-time internship (approximately 40 hours per week). Candidates must secure their own housing and transportation in the Orlando, FL area. Limited housing opportunities may be available for Florida-based interns. Pay rate is $22.50 per hour with select benefits offered. For more details, visit the Disney benefits page.
