The Associate Content Producer position supports the Disney Experiences division of The Walt Disney Company through non-traditional advertising content, including linear and streaming programming content on Networks/Streaming platforms such as ABC, Hulu, Disney Channel, Freeform, National Geographic, ESPN, ESPN+, Disney+, and FX for Disney Destination properties such as Disney Parks, Resorts, Disney Cruise line, Adventures By Disney, Nat Geo Expeditions and Disney Vacation Club. We ask that you have experience in broadcast, television and programming while using comprehensive strategic and creative thinking.
The ideal candidate will need to negotiate and think creatively. This is a fun and dynamic position that requires someone who is diplomatic and shows enjoyment working on new projects.
Your Role as Associate Content Producer
- Support projects from development of Broadcast Production Specials, Episodic and long form content through shoot production, post, delivery and archiving, supporting the content through each step of the process.
- Add creative input to projects.
- Source and create opportunities for efficiency in all areas of the production process.
- Route all project creative to interested parties, including creative, executives, Legal and clients.
- Create schedules with vendors that meet each project's needs and due dates. Enforce those schedules.
- Work closely with Disney leadership, synergy partners, production company producers, show directors, and internal parks operational support teams to manage the ever-changing needs of a project.
- Coordinate with park operations regarding logistics for on-site productions, as well as maintaining budgetary control for daily operations.
- Oversee regular deliveries to multiple partners, executives, producers and departments.
- Work with coordinators on daily project-based tasks including: creating work orders, collecting chargeback codes from clients, working with Business Affairs, collecting all assets after a project is complete, tracking all of each project's deliverables for archive.
- Manage promotions and sweepstakes along with producing social content.
What You Bring
You Have
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Production or Advertising.
- Understanding of Social and Digital Media Landscape.
- Proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Travel will be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Production/TV and Film, Marketing/Advertising/or equivalent work experience.
- Minor in Marketing/Advertising.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $91,400 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
