About the Role

Automatiser et innover : à Disneyland® Paris, la technologie se met au service de la magie ! Le département Business Financial Systems de Disneyland Paris pilote des projets de transformation, d'alignement et d'optimisation pour la division Finance. Au sein de ce département et rattaché(e) au Responsable des systèmes de gestion de la performance financière, votre rôle consistera à automatiser les processus métiers grâce à des outils d'automatisation de type RPA (UiPath), Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio, dans un environnement international et innovant.

Your Missions

• Development and Automation: Develop, configure, and test automated processes using RPA tools (UiPath Studio/StudioX) and Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps), from functional design to production deployment.
• Agentic AI Projects: Develop agentic AI projects using Microsoft tools (Copilot M365, Copilot Studio) and internal Disney AI tools, exploring new ways to integrate AI into business processes.
• Collaboration & Analysis: Work closely with business teams to understand their needs, draft requirements, and support users in solution acceptance testing.
• Deployment & Support: Coordinate the deployment of solutions with The Walt Disney Company's Automation teams, ensuring their support, maintenance, and adoption by business teams.

Profile / Skills

• Apprenticeship Program: Pursuing a Bac+3, MIAGE, or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Interest in automation (UiPath or equivalent), basic knowledge of Power Automate/Power Apps/Copilot is a plus, and foundational programming skills (Python or other languages) are appreciated. Familiarity with AI is required. Previous project experience is a plus.
• Languages: French and English B2 minimum (read, written, spoken).
• Qualities: Rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, teamwork, and strong oral communication skills.
