About The Role & Program
Join the opportunity to intern with the 20th Production and Post-Production teams at The Walt Disney Company. 20th Television is a prominent studio with popular shows such as ABBOTT ELEMENTARY, ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING, NOBODY WANTS THIS, DOCTOR ODYSSEY, HIGH POTENTIAL, AMERICAN HORROR STORY and many more. This full-time internship runs from January 2026 through June 2026 and is ideal for those eager to learn hands-on about television production in a busy studio environment.
What You Will Do
You will assist the team managing pilots and series in various stages of development. Gain insight into the logistical development and daily maintenance of shows, work with Studio Coordinators, Production and Post-Production Executives, and shadow projects. Responsibilities include:
- Learn day-to-day production and post-production processes.
- Maintain production-related documents for filming.
- Collaborate with Studio Coordinators and executives.
- Develop and present a special project with guidance.
- Assist in setting up internal and production meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and document distribution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience with MS Office Suite, prior office or internship experience, a strong curiosity in television and entertainment, passion for production and post-production, and excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
Previous related internship experience is an advantage. Senior year students are preferred.
Eligibility & Additional Information
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university (or participating in a Disney program), at least 18 years old, and possess unrestricted work authorization. Applicants must be available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT from January to June 2026, and able to provide their own housing and transportation in the Burbank, California area.
