Project Engineer - Central Water Division
The Walsh Group is seeking a motivated and problem-solving Project Engineer to join our Central Water Division in Mesquite, TX. About the Role
As a Project Engineer at Walsh, you will be instrumental in supporting daily project coordination and managing critical documentation. You'll collaborate with project teams, handle procurement, ensure quality, coordinate subcontractors, and contribute to safety and progress reporting.
Responsibilities
- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
- Procurement of construction materials
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Survey and project layout
- Weekly pictures for progress reports
- Manage construction equipment
- Safety management
- Project estimating
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
- Specific roles may require relocation
