Project Manager, Fund Finance

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, Fund Finance, you will lead cross-functional initiatives including broker onboarding, fund launches, and new instrument rollouts. You will collaborate with finance, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and external providers to support fund accounting, post-trade operations, financial reporting, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fund Finance projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines.
• Identify, mitigate risks and resolve project issues.
• Partner with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and support operational finance work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in hedge funds or fund administration.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, sick days, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
