About The Business Strategy Director Role

Your work will involve investment management, technology, and organizational management, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities including market entry strategies.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps with key milestones and resource plans.
  • Lead and structure projects from ideation to execution.
  • Create c-level communications for alignment with leadership.
  • Identify and pioneer new processes to enhance team agility.
  • Conduct extensive research to provide thought leadership on complex problems.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in strategy.
  • Deep experience working with executive management.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $215,000. In addition, highly competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, sick days, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Additional perks include daily catered lunches, technology talks, and a modern office environment.
