Overall Purpose of the Job
The Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant provides clerical and administrative support for key activities of the Information, Advice and Guidance team. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of its mission. It supports a single Professional Services team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
