About the Role

The eLearning Support Assistant will be part of our eLearning team providing support for staff across the Faculty of Humanities. Working flexibly and collaboratively with academic staff, IT services staff, the wider Humanities eLearning team and others who are supporting teaching and learning, the post holder will support the delivery of effective customer-focused support to staff and students, assist Learning Technologists with the planning and delivery of training and the development of support resources, and thus contribute to the delivery of high quality and effective online and blended learning within the Faculty of Humanities. Staff wellbeing is highly valued by the Humanities eLearning team and the eLearning Support Assistant will play an active role in organising and facilitating team wellbeing events.
