As we scale rapidly, content serves as our primary growth engine. We are seeking a Content & Growth Marketing Manager who will build systems that transform content into measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning content into revenue, moves with speed without compromising quality, and can generate multiple high-performing assets from a single idea.What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Execution
- Publish content four times per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Create platform-native content tailored for each channel.
- Write high-converting captions with strong hooks.
- Design carousels and visual assets aligned with brand standards.
- Edit short-form video using CapCut or similar tools.
Content Production & Repurposing
- Transform long-form content (podcasts, recordings) into multi-platform assets.
- Prepare content shoot days with hooks, scripts, and execution documents.
- Build and scale repurposing systems while maintaining brand voice.
Funnels, Automation & Community
- Build and optimize ManyChat flows tied to campaigns.
- Launch lead magnets, bootcamps, and growth campaigns.
- Engage with the audience through comments and direct messages.
- Identify and surface high-intent leads to the sales team.
Performance & Optimization
- Track engagement, saves, shares, and conversion metrics.
- Identify top-performing content and scale successful strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing.

Launch Season Expectations
Twice per year, the team operates in high-performance launch cycles lasting 6–8 weeks. These periods require faster execution, increased output, and strong collaboration across the team.Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$75,000 annually (depending on experience).
- Full-time (W2) employment.
- Remote work setup with provided MacBook, monitor, and desk.
