- Allocate and project manage initiatives assigned to the creative team; with a focus on editorial and events.
- Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed; including leadership reviews and final sign offs.
- Own the creative ops relationship with several of our production agencies.
- Act as the liaison between business leads and creative team to ensure appropriate information and creative ops best practices are being followed.
- Work with other creative ops team members to pull reports and flag project prioritization to senior leaders of marketing team.
- Orchestrate and assist in requesting legal sign off for marketing collateral and media.
- Continue to operate The Trade Desk’s Project Management Tool and provide recommendations on how to improve the process.
- Identify areas for improvement pertaining to project performance and process.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders.
Who you are
- 7-9 years of experience in a project management role within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or related field.
- Strong familiarity with project management best practices and software.
- Excellent cross functional communication skills.
- Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive attitude and ready to learn.
