Sales Design Consultant Role
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and courteously
- Develop lasting customer relationships
- Conduct follow-up communication
- Sell tile and related products
- Educate customers on product installation and usage
- Track individual sales goals and orders
- Maintain professional appearance
- Work evenings and weekends as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission sales environment

Compensation & Benefits
Expected first year earnings range from 45K to 75K in a draw plus commission payment structure. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, and employee discounts.
