Job Description
The Tile Shop is seeking an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure and Architecture. In this role, you will lead a dedicated technology team by providing team, technical, and process leadership across IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, in-store technology, disaster recovery, security, and help desk support. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level solutions and building systems that support the retail environment.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of technology experience and 5-7 years in management.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level solution design and implementation.
- Expertise in systems security, disaster recovery, and help desk oversight.
- Ability to build, develop, and mentor a technical team.
- Experience in evaluating technology, building business cases, and managing vendor relationships.
