Job Description
The Tile Shop is seeking an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure and Architecture to lead the technology team that manages IT infrastructure including networks, servers, in-store technology, disaster recovery, security, and help desk operations in a dynamic retail setting. This role is ideal for a leader who can build and mentor a team, influence technical solutions, and partner across departments to drive business success.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Over 10 years of technology experience with 5-7 years of leadership in managing technical teams.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level solutions.
- Retail experience and managing multi-location IT solutions is highly valued.
- Strong background in system security, disaster recovery, and help desk management.
- Ability to build, develop, mentor teams and set clear goals.
- Provide IT thought leadership; evaluate solutions and build business cases.
- Manage vendor relationships and promote process improvement.
- Partner with the business to deliver solutions that boost customer experience.
