Digital Growth Specialist (Ecommerce & Telemedicine)
We are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist with solid experience in Ecommerce to join an innovative project in the Telemedicine sector. If you are passionate about digital health, have a strategic vision for online growth, and enjoy optimizing every stage of the sales funnel, this is your place. You will work closely with the Marketing Director (CMO) to define, implement, and scale the e-commerce strategy, ensuring an exceptional user experience and maximizing conversion.
What will you do day-to-day?
- Integral E-commerce Management: You will be responsible for the performance, updating, and optimization of the online store, ensuring its correct functioning and alignment with business objectives.
- Acquisition Strategy: You will design and execute campaigns to acquire qualified traffic, exploring new channels and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You will analyze user behavior on the platform, designing A/B tests and proposing continuous improvements in user experience (UX/UI) to increase sales.
- Marketplace Management: You will evaluate and manage the presence of our services on third-party platforms, expanding brand reach and visibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: You will monitor key business KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate), preparing periodic reports and extracting actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
What profile are we looking for?
To succeed in this position, we consider it essential that you have:
- Demonstrable experience as an Ecommerce Manager, Digital Growth Specialist, or similar roles, preferably with a mid-level to senior seniority.
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar: Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, both in daily management and in integrating applications and optimization.
- Experience in Health: It is fundamental to have participated in projects related to the health, wellness, or telemedicine sector, understanding the particularities and regulations of the market.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced use of Google Analytics (GA4) and other digital measurement tools. Ability to transform data into concrete strategies.
- Strategic Vision and Execution: Ability to think long-term without losing focus on daily operational implementation.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with the CMO and other departments (technology, patient care, etc.).
