About the Role

The YouTube Strategist will own the content strategy for two high-growth YouTube channels that reach millions of entrepreneurs monthly. You will work directly with Eric Siu, a renowned YouTuber, to test AI YouTube strategies, drive growth, and connect YouTube performance with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the content strategy for two channels.
  • Run A/B tests on titles, thumbnails, and hooks within 24 hours of publication.
  • Utilize YouTube analytics to double business leads.
  • Pitch and validate winning video ideas based on competitor research weekly.
  • Guide editors and designers while actively participating in experiments.

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years experience growing YouTube channels (250k+ subs or 1M+ monthly views).
  • Demonstrated success in improving CTR and retention with case studies.
  • Strong copywriting skills for titles, hooks, and storytelling.
  • Fluency in tools including YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, GA4, and various attribution models.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or X short-form content, AI editing tools, and motion graphics or thumbnail design.

What We Offer

This is a 100% remote role with overlap on PST business hours. You will work directly with Eric Siu and influence content strategy with performance bonuses up to 20% tied to growth KPIs. Salary starts at USD 3,000+ per month based on experience.
