Overview
The TalentHQ is seeking a Generative AI Strategist passionate about creative ads and rapid production using AI techniques. In this role, you will design and execute data-driven creative strategies across various platforms.
Role Details
You will:
- Build data-driven creative strategies and test plans using insights.
- Produce weekly creative packs (50-300 variants) using GenAI pipelines.
- Own the creative pipeline including prompt libraries and presets.
- Partner with designers and editors to refine creative outputs.
- Automate workflows with APIs, Zapier, Make, and Python.
- Report key creative learnings and performance metrics.
- Evaluate and pilot new GenAI tools and document playbooks.
Skills & Experience
Required 4-6+ years in creative strategy, production or performance ads; a portfolio featuring video and static ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google); proven experience with high-volume AI production; and strong communication skills. Bonus skills include proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, Photoshop, Figma, design/motion background, and basic automation with Zapier, Make, or Python.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
This is a full-time contractor position with a monthly pay of US $2,200 – $2,800. The role is 100% remote with flexible overlap on U.S. business hours, along with flexible PTO and a learning budget for professional development.
