The Role of an Executive Assistant
You’re someone who makes sure the executive focuses on what only they can do, keeping a busy leader organized while the world moves fast around them. This role involves owning the executive's calendar, inbox, and day-to-day, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be spotting what needs to happen before you're asked and handling it before it becomes a problem.

- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle email inbox triage: flag what matters, draft responses, keep things moving
- Research topics, prepare briefs, and pull together materials before meetings
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal tasks as needed
- Track open action items and follow up with stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Organize documents, files, and internal systems so everything is easy to find

What We Look For
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Experience managing calendars and inboxes for a senior leader
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Docs)
- Experience with project management or task-tracking tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)

- Compensation: $1,500 per month
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST working hours (fully remote)
