About the Role: Remote Entry-Level Sales Agent at The Stephens Agency

Embark on a rewarding journey in insurance sales, working directly with real clients, and cultivating a thriving long-term career from the comfort of your home. This is an entry-level position focused on assisting families in selecting optimal life insurance and financial protection plans.

We provide all our Remote Entry-Level Sales Agents with warm leads – clients who have proactively requested information. This means no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no recruiting obligations. Comprehensive training and licensing support are fully provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling).
  • Educate families on various life insurance and financial protection options.
  • Customize coverage solutions meticulously based on individual client needs and budget.

Compensation Structure

The average initial sale on a beginning contract ranges between $600 and $800. Agents have the opportunity to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. There are no quotas to meet. Please note, compensation is 100% commission-based and directly reflects performance. The ranges provided illustrate average earnings for active agents within The Stephens Agency.
