Job Summary: Remote Client Care Representative
As a Remote Client Care Representative, you will engage with families who have proactively requested life insurance information. Your primary role is to offer guidance, clearly explain various coverage options, and assist them in selecting the most suitable plan to protect their household effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and consult with clients exclusively from warm leads; absolutely no cold calling required.
- Educate families on the importance of life insurance and comprehensive financial protection strategies.
- Customize coverage solutions to align with individual client needs and budgetary considerations.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is 100% commission-based, with earnings varying by performance. The average commission for an initial sale typically ranges between $600 - $800. Agents have the opportunity to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months, and there are no imposed sales quotas.
