Join The Stephens Agency as an Entry Level Remote Sales professional, where you'll engage with warm leads to provide essential information on life insurance and financial protection options. Key Responsibilities

Compensation Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role with significant earning potential. The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800. Agents have the opportunity to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months, and there are no quotas, allowing you to control your income based on performance.
