Entry Level Client Acquisition at The Stephens Agency
This Entry Level Client Acquisition role is part of the life insurance industry. You're helping families understand coverage options, completing applications, following up on submitted policies, and ensuring clients receive the protection they applied for. This is an entry-level role helping families choose the right life insurance and financial protection options. All clients are warm leads who have requested information — no cold calling, no door-to-door, and no recruiting requirements. Full training and licensing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling)
- Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
- Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget
The Compensation
The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800. Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. There are no quotas.*Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance. These ranges reflect averages for active agents
