We’re scouting for an Assistant Venue Manager Knox, the vice-captain to keep the team focused, the venue buzzing and ready to make every game day count.
Key Plays (Responsibilities)
- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
- Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
- Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post-mix syrups
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Be the go-to when the captain is away. Keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
- 1 years hospitality experience (preferably in a Pub or Bar environment)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
- A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue
