About The Developer Marketing Manager Role
The Sia Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to user-owned data and data privacy. The Sia network is the world’s safest cloud storage through decentralized, secure, and open-source technologies.
Job Responsibilities
This role will focus on marketing to developers in our ecosystem and owning the outreach for our grants program. Key responsibilities include:
- Own research, experiments, and multi-channel campaigns to improve developer conversion and retention.
- Design developer marketing strategies for the Sia Foundation Grants Program in collaboration with Growth, Developer Relations, and Grants Program Management.
- Track, analyze, and report on developer funnel KPIs, using insights to guide strategy.
- Define and refine developer personas to ensure targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with Community and Developer Relations to execute Go-To-Community campaigns.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
Candidates should have 3-5 years of B2D marketing experience, a strategic mindset, and proven success in engaging online developer communities. Experience in web3, open-source technology, or emerging tech is highly valued, especially with marketing related to grants programs.
