Role Overview

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead our evolution by driving revenue growth and positioning The Shelf as a category-leading brand. This role combines full-funnel ownership using AI-powered content, paid media, ABM, influencer outreach, and event-driven strategies.

What You'll Own & Deliver

Strategic Growth Mandate: Architect a unified GTM engine combining demand gen, ABM, influencer marketing, paid channels and AI-first content. Lead brand expansion and drive measurable outcomes including pipeline growth and enterprise deal closes.

Key Objectives & Milestones: Acquire 35-40 new enterprise accounts (~$1M+ each), elevate brand metrics, and improve funnel efficiency from MQL to SQL to Closed.

Growth Levers & Execution: Develop AI-powered content, influencer & creator strategy, ABM campaigns, paid & organic acquisition strategies, and event-driven content flywheels. Establish measurement systems with clear metrics and dashboards.

Leadership & Coordination: Co-own pipeline goals with Sales, manage marketing budget and P&L, mentor a high-performance team, and serve as the internal market voice.

What You'll Do

Generate a reliable stream of enterprise leads and $1M+ opportunities, enhance brand authority through thought leadership, and build a scalable content to demand attribution flywheel while ensuring strong ROI and funnel performance.

  • 7-10+ years in growth marketing with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in scaling enterprise B2B or high-growth marketing organizations.
  • Expert in multi-channel demand engines, ABM, and combining brand & demand strategies.
  • Analytical and hands-on digital marketer experienced with SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and leader capable of aligning cross-functional teams.
